To achieve this, we blend both technical and soft skills into our curriculum, supported by individual coaching on topics such as how to write a brilliant CV and how to prepare for interview.
We all know how important it is to ask a friend to look over a CV or help you prep for interviews - especially when you're trying to enter a new industry! We want you to be that friend for our students.
We need volunteers who work in tech to help us coach our students in
CV writing and mock interview workshops.
You don't have to be a HR professional - this is the insider knowledge
you'd offer a friend if they were applying for a role in your general
industry.
We need your help proof-reading English, giving pointers on how to
phrase non-typical career experiences and answering interview
questions in an online environment.
Your experiences in the digital sector are incredibly valuable to our
students who don't have access to such expertise otherwise.
